I checked with the people at my college about my AP scores before orientation, and they say they haven't received them even though I had filled the college out to receive them on the AP paperwork. What in the world do I do?

Is there a way for collegeboard to send them instantly, digitally? So far the only way looks to be a mailing service that will take a week and orientation is Thursday...

EDIT: I checked, and collegeboard is saying my scores WERE sent to that college according to their score send order history. It's not appearing on their records though?

Double check the accuracy of the spelling of your name and see if your SSN is identified with your AP scores so it would have matched you at your university. We honestly are not a unique as we think by name alone and mix ups due to names being very close, middle initials, misspellings, or a wrong SSN on either end can cause a non-match.

My 2011 grads Sr year AP scores came back with a misspelling generating a second AP account, and of course not matching to his university where they were in fact sent. We were able to get CB to correct the spelling, merge the accounts to one, and resend. My son took the paper copies of the AP scores to orientation which were used for registration. If the scores weren’t received from CB prior to the start of classes I believe any registered courses dependent on the APs would have been dropped, but he was able to register without them actually being in the system. A LOT of students weren’t in the system in mid July. I doubt you’re alone. See if you can print out a paper copy for registration at orientation until you can get things ironed out. Good luck!
