Just some venting here. Collegeboard lost my subject test and hasn't scored it. I've been emailing them and calling them and no one ever emails me back or calls me back.

Then I finally get someone with an 8th grade education who has probably heard the same thing a zillion times before about hey, I need the score before such and such a date to send off or I can't get into X college, and they tell me, well, it's been reported to the department that does the search and it will take 7 (or 14 depending on who you talk to) business days and they'll eventually get back to you. But they never do, so you sit there and get really frustrated. When you ask to speak to someone in the department to which it's sent, they don't have a transfer number and don't know the department. So how do they even know it's gone anywhere? When you tell them, I've done everything I need to do and you tell me you're going to call me or email me, and you don't, what can I do? And they continue to read whatever is pre-printed on their "this is what I tell this sucker" cheat sheet. Because OF COURSE, they have no answers and are simply running interference for this faceless corporate entity.

If you ask for a supervisor, you get put on hold, then into someone's voicemail because the supervisor (if there really is one) is always on the phone. So you leave a voicemail for this non-person and they NEVER call you back.

Collegeboard really needs to be sued. This is not the first time this has happened to me, so I have to assume this has happened to other people.

Thanks for listening.
