I recently called College Board regarding a score issue; they told me they would fix it and get back to me within 7 business days. My first quesiton is, how will they "get back to me"? By phone...email? Also, how long does it generally take to get these things rectified with CB? < 7 days? Could anybody with a similar experience explain how things worked out? The issue is, I will be out of town soon (and will not be able to acess my account, etc.)

I called them up on Monday...they scored my test as Biology E, whereas I really took Biology M. So they said they would look at it/change it and call me back within 7 business days. The problem is, I am leaving today and I won't be able to access my account/respond by telephone.

Well how do you know they're going to change it? Perhaps you spent thirty dollars for handscoring, and there could have been no mistakes whatsoever; it's all subjective.

no.. this person is saying the collegeboard scored her exam for biology ecological even though she took biology molecular. both of the exams have a common section and unique section so her score probably was dramatically lower as well.

confidential, my score was DRAMATICALLY LOWER...

in response to Spartan, there are three points at which you designate which form of test you want to take...two of which are bubbles, and one of which is a box where you must write BY HAND the test you want to take - I KNOW I wrote "Biology-M". My feeling is this box is used for hand-scoring assessments. Also, I think the hand-scoring person will be able to recognize that the 20 bubbles pertaining to ecology are blank, while the next 20 bubbles (from 81-100) are filled in.
