Collegeboard recycling SAT tests.

Hello everyone :-h
I am sure you all have a good idea about the cb's habit of recycling old national SAT exams to international students.
so it's an open discussion thread , need to hear your thoughts and perhaps experiences with this subject.
also , does any one has the pattern for such action ? they do recycle constantly according to a certain sequence yoiu know.

Just study for it normally.

Of course, there is a real pattern to the timing of the recycling. It is totally idiot proof. The only problem is that one has to be able to ace both math and verbal sections to crack the code.

Accordingly I suggest that you start practicing in earnest will released tests until you get those perfect scores. After that cracking the code of the recycling will be a cinch.

Or I could simply tell you! Nah …

And here’s something that will fuel the insanity further: if there was ever a time when they would be tempted to recycle, wouldn’t it be for the tests leading up to the big changeover, a time when they would rather focus their resources on developing the new material? Of course, that’s just idle speculation, perfect for this forum :)

@xiggi @IAmTheGOAT you guys got me wrong , it’s not like I am relying on it or sth I am just curious and wanna know what’s the pattern you know. I am studying regardless of the recycling thing.
@pckeller exactly! that’s why I am pretty sure international exams will see alot of stuff appearing over and over because of the new SAT.

@pckeller‌ - “Tempted to recycle” is irrelevant. They’ve used recycled tests every time for years.

If you want to know the pattern, @Adhaam, you have to [redacted].

Forgive for being incredulous! If I were to tell you that April will be the 2013 April Sunday, what are the chances that you’d be scouting the web to locate it or hope one of the pirate shops might leak it.

People who are posting queries like yours have one sole interest, and that is to benefit from the unfair advantage that continues to exist for tester abroad. But, there is only one party to blame for this, and that party is none other than TCB and its members schools that accept the tests despite fully aware of the clouds of integrity.

Anyhow, your best bet is to continue to study and get a leg up by following the discussions on the days of testing.

@marvin100 redacted ?
@xiggi you see , if you’re talking of unfair , people with normal scores of like 1300 jumping to 2000+ is unfair !
I got a 2120 with no recycling , I guess I have the right to atleast have some sort of advantage over those who didn’t work for anything. I can’t imagine finding these people getting my same scores or even higher because they simply " knew " the test !
as for from where will I get it , perhaps check your inbox.

[redacted] was a joke, you dirty cheater. Your moral formulations are so convoluted they’re twisting you into yoga poses. Cheating is cheating. And it’s wrong. Full stop.
