<p>This might seem like a dumb question but i wanted to apply for Tulane U, but i decided not to after i filled out the personal application, and i haven't sent in my transcripts and such. Of course they can't accept me, but if they reject me, will other colleges see the rejection and affect my chances at other colleges?</p>
