Colleges and ACT Scores?

As many of you know, ACT scores were delayed preventing many of us from putting our ACT scores on the Commonapp. Well, now that ACT scores have come in...What do we do now? If I wanted to update my colleges with my new ACT scores, do I have to send in official scores reports (ouch, $100)?

Also, can someone advise me if I should send in my scores or not? My scores are fairly scattered...
November:
Comp: 30
Eng: 34
Math: 28
Reading: 30
Science: 26

December:
Comp: 29
Eng: 28
Math: 33
Reading: 26
Science: 28

Colleges will realize your Common App scores are wrong if you send them a report with better ones. They all realize you can’t change your information after submitting it.

The composite is by far the most important thing on the ACT. If you’re on the edge and think an improvement of 1 point might push you over, send it in, 'cause the 30 is definitely better even with the lower Eng/Sci scores. If it’s a hail mary reach or a safety, don’t waste the money for a 1 point improvement.

There’s no ACT in November… Did you mean October?
