I've been trying to look for forums that talk about colleges good for applied maths, or even math in general, but can't seem to find much. Mostly engineering and such. Can anyone suggest to me schools with strong math or applied maths programs? I scored 112.5 on the AMC 12 this year as a junior (school winner) and qualified for AIME first time in my life.

Isn’t this for graduate programs? I’m looking at undergraduate.

Yes, that’s why I said “FWIW”. There are no rankings for undergrad applied math, but I believe the grad rankings are a good proxy for your search.
