Colleges for B average student?

Hi,

I was wondering if you can give me schools that would gladly accept B-average students. I'm looking at schools with a decent reputation. I like Western Washington University but that is all I can find. I'm looking forward to major in the liberal arts-social sciences...not sure which. Thanks for your time.

Big state schools, excluding UC-anything, Michigan, Texas, UVA and UNC.

Michigan if ur in state prolly

Are you looking more in-state or out-of-state? And if it is in-state, which state are we talking about? Thanks!!

I thought UVA was really difficult to get into out of state. I’m curious about this because a friend of mine is trying to transfer for the spring, but his GPA is 3.25. He’s looking at UCI, UCSB, UCSD, College of W&M, and the University of Richmond. He’s trying to add more to his list, but money matters and, of course, he needs to find schools that’ll accept him.

Anyone know if you can get into Wake Forest or Brandeis with a 3.2? And if their finaid is good?

I think US World News Report has a list of “A colleges for B students” or something to that sort…

(After a quick google search)
