If a ORM girl is interested in computer science, she has done so far well (still a 10th grader) in a top prep school and have taken hardest course load in math, science, History and Foreign language , needs lots of need based aid or merit aid. What would be her path to get admitted to a good school despite being an ORM
Have done well on math competition and is trying to develop good communication skills and have some experience in summer research.
Denison in Ohio and Trinity University (Texas, not CT) are both Tier I in undergraduate CS programs and offer substantial merit aid. Those were the two finalists in our S’s search, and he ended up at Trinity and is flourishing there as a CS major.
We saved 50% on college costs at Trinity, and the education is superb.
