Colleges for Undergraduate International Computer Science

Hi guys!!
First of all I am from Turkey! and I am currently attending to high ranked private school in Arizona with 100% scholarship!
I am planning to go to college in US, and I already apply to UMASS Amherst, ASU, San Jose, Drexel...
I am looking for a good computer science program!
Here are my criteria s :)

Scores:
TOEFL: 83
ACT:23
GPA:3.67
My extra curricular activities are good
International (Turkey)
Tuition has to be (out of state) less than 30,000$ per year (around 25,000$)
It can be anywhere!

Thank You!!!!

Tuition <= $25,000 per year, or cost of attendance <= $25,000 per year? Cost of attendance includes room and board, books, and misc expenses.

tuition <= $25,000

Tuition <= $25,000 probably means cost of attendance <= $40,000 to $45,000.

There are a number of public schools where out-of-state cost falls into that range. However, an ACT of 23 may be limiting admission-wise.

Consider Utah, Stony Brook, Iowa State, Purdue, Buffalo. If you want a smaller school, consider South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.

Check out University of Minnesota at Morris, NJIT, IIT, Missouri School of Science and Technology, too. Connecticut has a school of engineering and if you’re a boy, that would be a “hook” since they’re trying to even out their gender ratio.
Cal Poly SLO is probably too expensive. Clarkson and Union may offer enough scholarship to offset tuition costs; smaller colleges located around strategic places could be interesting if they offer scholarships and are recruited by tech firms.
I second NM School of Mining and Technology especially since you may be able to visit more easily than for the others.

Are you retaking the ACT on Dec 14? If you’re not registered, call to see if you can test as standby. This 23 will severely affect your chances and if you won a full scholarship to a boarding school, you should be able to get a higher score now that you know the process better. (Practice with the free, online site number2.com, too.)

Cal Poly SLO is within the stated budget, but is probably too selective for the OP to get admitted to.
