Plus there's probably some other things that I don't remember, but I know I don't have much leadership but its hard to get elected to positions in clubs being in a military family. We move around a lot, do colleges take that into consideration when choosing applicants? How are my chances for getting into a Virginia school like the College of William and Mary? Any chance at an ivy? If I apply early? Thanks for all help and input!

And at our public school an A is a 92. (I don't know if that counts for anything) Also nominated for National Society for High School Scholars, National Youth Leadership Conference on Law, and Who's Who Sports and Academic Multiyear Participant.

Yoe have a fair shot at william and mary.

Thanks! Any more help/opinions???

Good chance at UVA, if you can get your score up to 2100+ on the new SAT.

But I have to take subject tests in June so the next available SAT is in October, too late for ED apps!!! Any other opinions on college matches for me? I want a smaller school (10K or less), some place either really hot or really cold (not inbetween), and preferrably an urban or suburban school. I ran through the college search on collegeboard.com with my ACT score and William and Mary came up so I was wondering what my chances of getting into there would be approximately. (If I apply ED)

You have a good GPA, average ECs, low SAT. That probably eliminates any ivy. The VA schools are your best bet. Use your ED at one of those.

October is not too late for ED round 2 and even November would be fine if you 'rush mail' your scores to the colleges. That service costs $50, but it could be worth it to give yourself two more test dates. I'm planning to do the same, taking subject tests June/October and possibly the SAT again in November or October.

which of my scores is better, my SAT or ACT?

answer??? anyone? no?

With your scores, and EC's and BSA, I would look at all the US Service Academies.

www.usmma.edu
www.usna.edu
www.usma.edu
www.usafa.edu
www.cga.edu

your ACT looks better than your SAT I think... but most colleges on the east coast prefer the SAT. That's what I've heard at least.

how are my chances at Olin College? do they have ED???
