<p>I think scholarships make it competitive, but even with a $12k scholarship OOS tuition is $28k right? still with room and board you’re looking to the same costs as a UC around $27k-32k. Are classes impacted? Whats the faculty to student ratio. I’m sure those are all pluses a tOSU. I visited Berkeley many times, now that is a dilaptidated campus. Well everything looked bad except the engineering and bio building which were all new. Everything else was falling apart and its on a hill!</p>
