colleges known for their communications program?

I got a 3.667 out of 4 (unweighted)
26 on ACT

Which of these colleges have a strong communication program. I think I want to major in strategic communications (combination of public relations and advertising). I’m a very creative person and enjoy doing projects. I think I would like to eventually be a copywriter or something like that (totally subject to change).
This is my list of colleges:
Butler
Mizzou
Marquette
Bradley
Truman state
Elon
Iowa state
U of Iowa
Miami U- Oxford
Ball state
U of Kansas

Mizzou has incredible journalism and communication departments, they all have a strat. comm. major.

Elon also has a great communication department, great job placement, and a good strat. comm. program
