Can anyone give me the names of colleges that are still accepting applications for Fall-2014 and are particularly generous in providing financial assistance to International Students aiming to study undergraduate engineering?
Need urgent help. Thanks in advance :)

Try this: Go to Collegeboard’s college search engine and search for 4-year colleges with engineering majors and financial aid for international students. Sort the resulting list by application deadline. Skip the first half of the search results - those are colleges whose application deadline has past. At the end of the search results will be colleges who did not report an application deadline to Collegeboard. Many of those will have rolling admissions and are still accepting applications.

You will probably find some colleges still accepting applications that grant partial tuition scholarships. However, I doubt that any of them qualify as “particularly generous.”

you gotta keep in mind that international students are not prioritized… i’m an international student and recently got accepted to BU…but i don’t know how i’m gonna pay for that school…it’s $65,000 a year. i’m getting zero aid. you could start searching on fastweb.com, but it hasn’t helped me at all…

Look at SD school of mines - not much aid, but low cost to start with.
