<p>Well, the title indicates all. I would like to know some names of colleges which will accept international students application for the spring semesters. And it would be nice if you people could tell that if scholarship consideration will be there for them or not. I heard from someone that colleges don't give much scholarship during Spring compared to that during fall! Is it true?</p>
