Does anyone know which colleges have Asperger's support?

Marshall (as in the movie, “We Are Marshall.”)

Check out Curry College in Milton, Massachusetts. They provide a lot of support for students with various challenges.

Asperger Foundation Intl has a list of colleges suitable for students with Aspergers on their website:

Lars Perner is a college professor at USC Marshall who has Aspergers; he also has a list of schools on his website that may be suitable for students with Aspergers:

Many students with Aspergers frequently have other learning challenges which can also be met at colleges that provide more structured LD services and accommodations that may be suited to their specific needs (for instance, mentors or staff who meet regularly with students and can provide organizational or administrative kinds of assistance besides academic assistance), so you might also look for schools known to have good LD services in addition to programs specifically designed for students with Aspergers, Many students with Aspergers also do well by starting out at community colleges where they can continue to live at home and receive family support during their initial transition to college.

There are also a few independent living programs for students with Aspergers that partner with nearby colleges, which might be another option for some students, such as Aheadd (which has a few locations but originally served students attending Case Western); College Internship Program and College Living Experience.
