<p>There are different degrees of having frats. On some campuses, the frats are the center of the social life and on others they are less noticeable. Then, if they are the center of the social life, they can be inclusive or exclusive. On some campuses, they are powers for good where they have parties that everyone can attend without discrimination. On other campuses, you have to be in a frat to attend any of the frat parties. Another thing to consider is that some of the campuses that have banned frats have underground frats off campus.</p>
