On my ACT, I have a 32 composite (Superscore - English: 36, Math: 30, Reading: 33, Science: 32) and my SAT is at a 2040 (CR: 750, M: 640, W: 650). I am planning on taking these tests again in October and anticipate that both of the scores will increase. However, my UW GPA is only a 3.14 (my weighted is 3.96), due to getting a lot of Bs in AP classes. What colleges will not automatically rule me out because of this abysmal GPA, or will take into account my high test scores over my low GPA?

CHICAGO, CARNEGIE MELLON, but most schools will prefer a higher SAT and lower GPA than the other way around

@InsideOutTwinkie Did you mean a higher GPA and lower SAT? I feel like that’s what I usually hear, although I wouldn’t mind it the other way around.
