"Colleges to Look At" Me

Now obviously you can't give a complete "chance me" for this. I'm a junior, and I'll just list my stats:

Caucasion
Major: Computer Science or Computer Engineering...haven't completely decided yet.

ECs:

Math Team (10, 11, planned 12)
Engineering (First year 10, 11, planned 12)

Umpiring Little League since 7th grade
Manage ~20 person network of small business wine/liquor websites/online advertising.
54 Service hours by end of Junior year (plus I plan to coach a baseball team which should give me many more hours).

Sports:
Sailing (10)

So what schools are we looking at here that I have a chance at? Money not a huge concern, neither is location (prefer nothing south of Virginia as the drive gets excruciatingly long; but again, it's not a major concern), neither is size.

Some schools I've read were good for CS/CE: UIUC, Carnegie Mellon, Georgia Tech

EDIT: FML...I posted this in the wrong section.
