Colleges to transfer as a Sophomore

<p>Hey guys,
I am from india, a fresher in an indian university, and was looking for good/top colleges to transfer to as a sophomore, i am currently doing Engineering in computer science, i gave SAT a year back with 1700.
I would like to ask which colleges can i apply in the time period of january to march 2011, and have a significant international acceptance? i can give sat again and try in january date, but the important thing is acceptance.
Whats the acceptance rate of colleges like nyu,cornell,UIUC,Gatech,Penny?</p>

<p>Those stats are available online. I would be in touch with specific schools’ admissions staff to talk about international transfers (just a warning, they might only accept credit from accredited US institutions).</p>
