Colleges (va, ny) with strong cs programs?

rising senior/asian boy/average B+ student/wgpa around 3.9-4.0
sat(one sitting): 1470 (will retake)
junior year transcript:
As in ap lang, physics honor,
A- in world language,
B+s in ap cs, history honor,
Bs in ap calc ab, ap env sci

We are VA residents, yet, looking at nyu tendon and stony brook for cs… as we can relocate to the ny area. Any other schools would you recommend? (We don’t rule out some VA colleges though… including vcu and gm… )

Some that come to mind, Stevens Institute of Technology (NJ but NYC area), Clarkson, Binghamton (SUNY), University at Buffalo, Fordham, RIT.

Is budget a concern? NYU is not a state school so there is no discount for being instate.

I second taking a look at Clarkson if you don’t need a state school…
