<p>How does Tufts University view international applicants (non-US citizen) that LIVE in the US? Are there scholarships available? </p>
<p>Also other than Tufts, how about Ivy League schools? How do they view international applicants? Would it be benefit to live in the US but have a Canadian citizenship?</p>
