<p>Don't worry too much about "Ec's that stand out" because they aren't easy to find/define. It's more important that you show passion to commitment to something, not that you participated in some stragen thing. Usually the desire or interest will lead to opportunities that "stand out".</p>

<p>either you have them or you don't - you can't fake being active!! and getting active your junior year looks shady...</p>
<p>EC's wil NOT get you into a school if your grades wouldn't get you there alone.</p>
