Agreed. The Bonner program was the first thing that popped into my head.</p>

<p>I am surprised that nobody has suggested Kalamazoo. Its very distinctive K Plan places more emphasis on study abroad, service learning, and independent projects than almost any other college I can think of. If I remember correctly, ~90% of students study abroad and/or participate in community service.</p>

<p>Tufts International Relations is arguably one of the best out there. There is also a huge emphasis on internationalism, diversity, and volunteerism (as I stated previously). You have a shot with your stats.</p>
