Colleges with degrees built around study abroad.

Example being Temple University.

They have a Computer sciences degree that spends the first 2 years in Japan doing generals and electives, and the last 2 years in US.

What are some other schools that have programs like this? Can be any country as long as there is no pre-language requirement. I am mostly looking for schools that offer programs LONGER then 1 year / semester. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hong Kong University of Science and Technology

The entire degree program is abroad (in Hong Kong obviously). Cost of attendance is not that high by US standards: [HKUST Undergraduate Admissions - International](http://join.ust.hk/international/applyhere/tuition_and_fees.html)

Thanks for the reply. Im looking for more half and half programs, that half is US half International (2 years in the US 2 years overseas). I was checking the link, though I didnt get a chance to fully read the whole thing I didnt see anything like that?

The entire degree program is at HKUST in Hong Kong. That gives you the maximum possible time abroad. Plus, it is a highly respected school for CS at a bargain price compared to most US schools. But that probably means that it is not easy to gain admission.

Columbia has an arrangement with Sciences Po in France for something like what you are looking for. But it is mainly oriented toward social studies majors.

Perfect! Those are the type of programs im looking for. If you know of any more let me know. At the moment, no specific major is on my mind just seeing whats available.

Elon University has a dual degree in International Business where you spend the first two years on Elon’s campus and the last two years in France or Germany. You receive degrees from both universities.

[William & Mary - St Andrews William & Mary Joint Degree Programme](http://www.wm.edu/as/undergraduate/curriculum/special/standrews/?svr=web)

William and Mary has a joint degree program with the University of St. Andrews.

" Plus, it is a highly respected school for CS at a bargain price compared to most US schools."

Just want to be honest that I wouldn’t consider Temple highly respected. Although the degree may be, make sure that you make sure you get a name that matches the rigor of the program as well.

Re: #8

That comment refers to HKUST.
