<p>do colleges look down against a candidate if they ask for a fee waiver? even if they're not like...dirt poor?</p>

<p>I'm pretty sure that Marquette waives the fee if you apply online.</p>

Wellesley, Carleton, Grinnell, Hamilton, Case Western, Colby, Colgate, Mount Holyoke, Smith, Kenyon and others are not "sucky"!</p>
