I am very interested in Brown, Dartmouth, and Columbia as of right now just based purely on what I have seen without really thinking about what I want to major in and how good these colleges are at the field of study which I would like to get into. This might be a rather broad topic because I am truly unsure as to what exactly I want to study, but in terms of sciences (i.e. things like chemistry, physics, chemical engineering etc.), do these schools rank highly. Also, can someone make a list of some other schools that I should look into in the northeast...besides MIT because I have heard bad things about the social life there.....

bump.....any help???

ok thanks a lot for your help....these lists are really great....can I ask from what website, if any, your recieved the gourman reports for these categories....it would definitly help a lot in my search...

thanks again...much appreciated

They are not from a website. They are from an out-of-print book.
You can search for them on CC...advanced search...gourman+[name of major] by collegehelp
