<p>how late? most private colleges are due by 01/15, which is not late. Some schools like U of Michigan, U of Oklahoma, and some others have rolling adimission.</p>
<p>Oxford College, GA (branch of Emory) also has a rolling admission option. The deadline, however, is around Feb, so it's coming up pretty soon.</p>
