<p>Colleges like Duke have their deadline for SAT score reports on March 1st. By April 1st they say they'll have decisions out. How can they expect to review thousands of applications in less than a month? Is the reason they have their SAT score report deadline so late because they don't really care that much about the SAT?</p>
