Hello!! So I’m looking for last minute schools to add. I’m submitting the rest of my apps January 15th. Currently on my list is Emerson, Pace, CCC, PPU, Depaul, Plymouth State, UNH, and New England College. Hoping to find more in New York City. Any help is appreciated!!!
If I am remembering correctly Marymount Manhattan had a later than not deadline- you might want to check there

Not in NYC, but James Madison has a 1/15 deadline. You also have to register for an audition on the Theatre website.
My son attends Marymount Manhattan College, I believe they do have a later deadline, but the problem may come with auditioning into the BFA program. They may hold auditions through March, which means you may need to get on it fast. I would call the theater department and inquire
I think a couple of people last year applied very late to U Arts in Philly.
