I'm currently a high school sophomore and was wondering if I could get into Tufts, Georgetown, Carnegie Mellon, UPenn, or George Washington U.

My GPA at end of freshman year was 3.63 but I have no idea what it is now. There were not many honors options last year and no AP courses. I took Honors Algebra 2 and was able to scrape out a B- I probably could have done better but I really find math to be a bore. I got all pretty much all A-'s last year for my transcript. Except a B+ in volleyball :(

This year I'm taking APWH (last two quarters I got B- and B+, quarter is ending this week and I have an 84, not taking participation into account (I do volunteer a considerable amount). I have B+'s in Honors English, I think this quarter it will go up a bit. I have an A in Level 1 Bio and A/A+ in Level 1 Geometry. It is really easy and I'm afraid of challenging myself and sacrificing my GPA. Level 1 Spanish, also with an A. I'm also in an Honors level Chorus that has won many awards.

Next year I expect to take Honors American Lit., APUSH, Level 1 Spanish IV, Level 1 Chem. (I could have taken AP, kind of wish that I had), and Level 1 Advanced Math. I intend on taking chorus and AP Human Geo, provided my schedule puts me in it since it is an elective.

Senior year I will probably take AP Psych, AP European History, English electives, possibly AP Stats, and Physics (we'll see about level). Still Level 1 Spanish V and Honors Chorus.

Outside of school, I dance, play piano, sing, and work as a camp counselor during vacationing periods. This summer I'm going to Brown for a Leadership Institute. I'm Filipino and Catholic. Also, does being Catholic help me get into a Catholic school (like Georgetowb). Right now, that is my top pick.

If you have any school suggestions, tell me! I want to stay east coast, preferable Washington DC the furthest south. Not completely against international schools.
