colleges

hey guys! So I was wondering if y’all could help me find some more colleges. Ill tell yea a little about myself. So I have a 4.3-4.4 (5.0 scale) & a 4.0 (4.0 scale) & I got a 34 on my ACT. I do a lot of extra curricular activities including riding horses (9 hours a week), being the VP & CoFounder of a charity club at my school, volunteering at leaps & bounds (where I help those w special needs ride horses), CSF, & I also volunteer at a hospital. I want to be a nurse when Im older so its important to me that I go to a school w a good nursing program. I absolutely love helping people & I always have Jesus in my heart (Im catholic) so its important to me that I go to school w a bunch of friendly nice people. Also I am a girl so it is important to me that I go to a school w cute nice boys (& a good boy to girl ratio). Im more the relationship type of girl instead of the hookup type so I wanna go some where, where it’s not all about hookups. I want a school with good guys. I also want to join a sorority so its important that a school has greek life. I love the south & my by far favorite state is North Carolina, but Im open minded to try different parts of the United States. Let me know what colleges would be a good fit. Thanks so much!

Auburn University has a nursing program and accepts almost 80% of their applicants, so it may be a good school for you to look into. It is in Georgia, and I think would be a good fit for you- I’m sure you’ll meet plenty of nice people there, the male/female ratio is about even, and Christianity is the most prominent religion.
Here is a link about their greek life: https://cws.auburn.edu/studentAffairs/greekLife/

Auburn is actually in Alabama, but near the border. I’m not sure how accurate that 80% rate is anymore because I know it has been getting more difficult.

How much can you afford?

@ntk131998 Oops, you’re right, thanks for correcting that! I’m not sure what I was thinking

my grandparents are paying for my college tuition so price is not a concern

Both Villanova and St. Anselm are Catholic schools and have highly regarded nursing programs.

Check out TCU.

^ I second this suggestion. I have a friend whose daughter got her nursing degree from TCU, and was very pleased with the experience. The boy/girl ratio may not be the best, but there is a strong Greek presence on campus.
