Your GPA isn’t the best but a 31 is a good score, it should be enough to get you in. You seem to have solid ECs which is good because colleges like quality over quantity. Overall you’re a good applicant, not the best but far from the worst.

As someone 20 minutes outside of CC and talking to the tennis coach, your chances are great. One thing- CC LOVES quirky essays and EC’s. LOTS of Colorado kids do Boy Scouts and have higher ACT"s since all of Colorado has to take the ACT. Good luck!
