Colors - SAT Chemistry

Hi,
Could anyone make a list of compounds and their colors that I should know for SAT Chemistry (Please help me fast because I’m going to take it June 4). Thanks in advance

I took it recently and didn’t see any colors. That being said, I know colors come up on practice tests/real tests sometimes. I studied this set: https://quizlet.com/17065448/ap-chemistry-colors-flash-cards/
There’s a ton in here, and I wouldn’t stress about getting them all-- just look for patterns  Just remember the important flame colors (Na, Li, K, Ba, Sr, etc.) and some important ions/precipitates (MnO4-, Cu2+, BaSO4)

@tauisgood Was there anything about the color of bromine or iodine? about 1 of them being purple or something? i feel like i’ve seen that tested before but idk. and ty for the link!

I can’t recall anything about colors on my test @juicymango
but some super commonly tested are: copper ion = blue, iodine = purple, potassium flame = purple
(I think these are more notable because they’re unique colors)

There were definitely some colors on my test. Thought they aren’t that common, if you are borderline, they can (me) make the difference between a 790 and 800.

hey guys I am gonna take the SAT Chemistry, besides studying in the books is there any other advice that you guys can give me? I really want an 800

I know that barrons pr and Kaplan are good but anything else I need to know to get an 800?
