<p>The thing that strike me about U of C is how stratified the population there is. It seems that the people are either very intellectual and focus (but still able to party) or just completely wild!!! Also, the people there can be very cliquish. This one girl I know that goes there is actually proud of being an elitist!!! (She justifies it by using the fact that it has been elitists that have protected the Western canon, and by saying that she will not dumb herself down for anyone)</p>
<p>People, this thread isn't about University of Chicago, its about Columbia University in NYC. I'm not sure what you guys are replying here.</p>
