^Glad to know that.

Yeah, they only have my September ACT on file, but none of my SAT scores…

HEY GUYS !

I have a good news.

Just like you i had some test scores that Columbia didn’t received. However i check today and they are ALL on the website (tracking system). Hope it will be the same for you !

Good luck :D

Guys, just a quick question here, has anyone here given the TOEFL exam and submitted it to Columbia? If yes, then is the TOEFL supposed to be shown on the “Tests” section in the tracking page.

I gave my TOEFL and I sent my scores to 2116 which is the code for CC and I now found out that there is a code also available for Columbia Engin. so should I send my scores to Col. Eng. as well since I’m an engineering applicant.

^^Good for you. My items are still missing though. I hope they will sort them out next week.

Yes.

I had to pass the TOEFL and yes it is shown in the test section … But they just put it this morning and i sent it a month ago …

Good news guys! I checked application tracking this morning, and all my test scores were received! I hope everything works out for everyone else too!

I just checked my app tracking page and NOTHING was updated. Not the app fee, not the tests section or anything. :/

^ I have the same problem. None of my SAT scores are showing up, although my ACT is there. I emailed the representative for my region, and he just told me to have my guidance counselor fax them a copy of my SAT scores, which they will treat as an official copy. I guess you could try asking your counselor to do this.

i sent my scores through collegeboard again 2 days ago…
and today, my status was changed to “received”!!
ahh another 10 dollars wasted. . . only if i had waited a couple more days
-_____________-

at least now, i have one less thing to worry about !
so for anyone else having issues with their application, i would advise you to wait a few more days and hopefully something good will come up lol

I’m starting to get a bit worried (understatement). It still says ‘No Tests On File’ for me. I’ve faxed off a copy yesterday. It also says they haven’t received my Secondary School Report. I can’t get a copy of that from my counselor until Tuesday (no school tomorrow). Once I get it, won’t it be too late for the rest of my application to even be considered anymore?

Yay my SAT’s have shown up now.

When I called, the admissions representative said that it would take up to a week for everything to show up. She also confirmed that the application would be considered regardless of the current statuses of the missing materials.

I called Columbia to ask about my scenario regarding app fee and test scores. They acknowledged finally that my app fee has reached them and will show up hopefully by tomorrow in the tracking page. About my Dec. SAT scores and the TOEFL scores, since I’m not connected to a guidance counselor, the admissions rep told me to print out the scores page from the Internet and fax them (kinda odd, but they said they’ll consider it for me despite not being original, they’ll consider it for credential purposes only).

For others, its actually best to call them right away and get your situation discussed, it’s faster and efficient than waiting for emails.

Mine has still not been updated.

Waiting for mine to be updated too.Going to give it a few more days.
Let’s post here if anyone sees their missing stuff getting updated on the system.

Mine still says “No tests on file”… Even though my SAT 1 scores have been sent since last year June 2010 and everywhere else has processed my scores. I also sent my Jan SAT 2 test scores the day after they came out. I’m surprised my it is still incomplete but I’m going to hold off on sending multiple score reports because I am not sure if that is the best thing to do.

Whenever I log into my Columbia account, it says:
Current Admission Applications
No current applications found.

Anyone else having this problem?

A few days ago they showed some testscores that didn’t belong to me and now I can’t access my account. Hope they get everything all right.

^You need to call them ASAP.

@Arcanis: call them. I think that everything is fine but to be sure. Imagine there is a problem. You will blame yourself forever. So just call them quickly to be sure :)
