<p>Agh do you by chance know the average acceptance rate to this program?</p>
<p>I’m assuming 10%, 100 out of 1000.</p>
<p>I hope they look at everybody holistically and not just by the numbers and affirmative action</p>
<p>It is specifically for championing diversity, so most of the participants will be of URM. </p>

<p>drbio101: I think they’re also looking for students who will get the most out of going to columbia, and what you will bring to the campus in knowledge, activities and diversity. </p>
