-Ballet: I take numerous ballet classes each week and am part of a preprofessional company that gives two shows a year. I have 11 hours of ballet class alone each week and 6 hours of rehearsal. I have been doing this since freshman year. I am extremely devoted and this takes up much of my time. I also receive a partial scholarship for classes.</p>

<p>-Environmental Club: Member since 9th grade. Current Co-President. </p>

<p>-National Spanish Honor Society: Member since 10th grade. Current Officer.</p>

<p>-NHS: Have volunteered some at local food pantries, around the school for landscaping etc. </p>

<p>-Peer Tutoring: started this year, 45 minutes every Friday.</p>

<p>Summer:
-Ballet: I am required to attend 5 week intensives each summer. They are audition only programs that are 5 weeks of ballet classes and rehearsals. These are no mere camps, classes are held 6 days a week, with 40 hours of class a week. I attended on in Atlanta freshman year and the other two summers were spent at another prestigious company's school.</p>

<p>You have a very well chance. Believe it or not, your ECs may be a little weak save Ballet, but if you make that a focal point of your essay, it will make up for it. Your transcript looks like you take the most rigorous classes, and that’s one of the largest parts of admissions, so good luck. I still have to finish my supplement before Tuesday!!! Only 2 short answers to go… Speaking of short answers, how did you approach them? Directly (e.g. “my favorite class is…”) or did you make it a bit poetic (e.g. "for years I have yearned for a class where…)?</p>
