babump. nobody likes chancing the ivies do they?

a fellow moot beit din’er =]
I go to cesjds (its in rockville, md), what about you?
Ok, in regard to your chances, I would put them around 40%. Yours scores seem slightly above ar at the average for columbia and your grades seem lower than average (though did you get a B- in a judaic class or a secular class?)
Anyways, best of luck.

How in the world is your GPA only 3.66 if you had all A’s except for that one B?! isn’t a 3.66 around a 91.6?

ari102791: I’m from detroit. And you must be from Jeremy Liss’s school/team right? I am very good friends with him from when he was in Detroit. Tell him the Uglyoldcow says hi, he’ll know who I am. Last year was the first year my school participated, it was lots of fun. The B- was in a Hebrew class (which is unfortunate, considering I’m Israeli and quite fluent :stuck_out_tongue: ).

Shaheiruddin: I did not say I got all A’s, I was just implying that i never got worse than that one B-. Almost all of my B’s/B+'s were in 10th grade, it was generally a bad year (I think that my college counselor explained the circumstances in her rec). That means I basically have an A- average (which is relatively low, but not horrid, right?)

Yeah I am at Jeremy’s school (turns out he lives 2 min. away from me and I go to his house every shabbat) and I’ll tell him. Also, (as you prob. now) he is applying ed to Columbia so you have some competition. ;)
