columbia combined plan program?

hey guys. i am only a junior and have been doing really nicely academic wise since junior year as compared to my last 2 years. i admit i screwed up my first 2 years pretty badly by not performing to my potential. anyways i have realized that i cannot go to Columbia with my gpa and i was wondering if you guys could help me out.
i was snooping around google and found this page:
Columbia Engineering | Columbia University Office of Undergraduate Admissions

under the combined plan program, i could apparently study at these colleges and then go to columbia:

Affiliated Liberal Arts Colleges and Universities | Columbia University Office of Undergraduate Admissions

so now my real question is, can i study premed using this combined program thing? or is that not possible?

premed isn’t a major, so i guess yes?

you’re going to need to fit all the premed courses on top of “pre-engineering” courses to get into columbia for the 3-2 and your requirements to graduate from a liberal arts college.
trying to graduate from a lac with the 3-2 requirements completed is hard enough as it is.

so all in all would i be spending 3 years at one college then another 2 at columbia? if so i guess it’s not worth it cause i would have to spend 1 more year.
