<p>This pretty much what my application will look like. As a creative writer, I'm guessing my essays would be considered good to great and that my counselor and teacher recs will be at least above average. </p>

<p>What do you guys think?</p>

<p>I’d say you have a pretty good shot, there are obviously grounds to reject you and coming from singapore makes it more difficult, but you seem to have shown that you can achieve at a very high level across the board. If you apply ED your chances would be greatly improved because your profile is a little generic (but still impressive).</p>

<p>^ because there are many incredibly talented and qualified students from Singapore (especially so considering its size) and most of the top Singaporean students prefer to study abroad.</p>

<p>^summed up well, very competitive and a push for diversity in admissions lowers the chances of those who are over-represented. Singapore, for its size, is hugely over-represented.</p>
