<p>but listen, i don’t know much about getting into columbia, since i am applying this year as well. i do know that this essay isn’t akin to an essay for english class. i don’t think you should ask people for ideas for your introduction. try to write an essay that comes naturally to you, and then let some people edit it… that’s what i’m doing. sorry if i didn’t help that much.</p>
