<p>I know they got my tax returns, but is there a confirmation for that "Financial Aid Certification" form? The one that asks you to accept/decline specific parts of the package.</p>

<p>I remember a form similar to this coming with my daughter's acceptance letter. All her financial aid paperwork was completed by the time they sent her acceptance letter, so she received financial aid paperwork also. there was a form where we had to indicate what she was accepting and some form where I had to indicate where I wanted my parent loan to go through. we sent all this back with the form she signed indicating she was accepting admission at Columbia.</p>
