<p>Why is it "limited" for transfers? I was admitted as a transfer but to my dismay the cost of attendance is 60000; I should have zero parent contribution because of an income below 60000.</p>

<p>Schools often treat fr admits preferentially, both because a generous FA package encourages them to attend and because fr FA packages are given out before transfers are considered.</p>
