<p>I was just wondering what are my chances of getting into grad school (Masters) for mechanical engineering at columbia/princeton.</p>
<p>GPA- 3.25
I did research for 1.5 years and had 2 internships
Going to take GRE's soon so hopefully they will be good.</p>
<p>Grad school is a reach for most coming out of College with less than 3.5. When looking at top schools like you appear to be looking at, grad school is a reach for less than 3.75.</p>
<p>For most grad schools, like with undergrad schools, they like to see other things…</p>
<p>Are you applying to grad school after being in the work force, for instance?</p>
<p>In MechE, the top doesn’t usually comprise Columbia Fu… but Columbia Fu is a reach regardless. Same goes with Princeton.</p>
