Yes ma’am but my other recommendations were in 1st week of march
I think they only move applications to review once all materials have been received, including recommendation letters. Not to freak you out or anything, but if letters were received after EA deadline then you might’ve been relegated to regular decision.
Then this freaks me out cuz Ive completed every material before the deadline. Oh god this really kills me
I understand, I’ve had to wait over 11 weeks to get a decision, which came on a Sunday at that. I think they’ve been working really hard to get decisions out. keep the faith!
Thanks for your words dude. I am just qurious why my decision is deplayed since the school wrote that I ‘should’ get the decision on 1st May if I applied for EA… which seems so unusual to me
well tmrw is wednesday and they tend to release decision then by 5-530pm est. fingers crossed that u get something tmrw
Emailed them and heard back. I was finally able to get into the portal and fill out the Planned Enrollment Form. I think we only get financial aid awards once they process that form, but that takes like 2/3 weeks.
This is really helpful, thank you. I have yet to even get paperwork started because of finals
I really hope so. I’ve worked really hard to get the right education for my fit and I’ve put so much effort on this application. I want to hear their decision, not the silence. Anyway, congratulations all you guys who got in, and for those not, I wish the best luck for your future and life with all my heart.
Stay strong! You’re valuable either way!
Girl i aint waiting almost 5 months for a decision lol.
The committee has confirmed that I’ll receive the decision around May 15 since I applied for Columbia University Scholarship for Displaced Students. For those who applied for this scholarship should except the decision by May 15.
@Kaay2022 we now can feel better!
Hey! Anybody got an update today?
I got an acceptance letter but it seems like they have made a mistake. I applied to Undergraduate program but I got into the Postbaccaureate program? Anyone had a same problem?
I got nothing. And thats weird.
Yes same here
Really? Did you try to contact them?
Yeah but they were closed!
The thing is, if you go to the admitted student portal and open the welcome letter, it says that “We look forward to supporting you in your efforts to earn your bachelor’s degree at Columbia”. So now I’m really confused.
