COLUMBIA GS vs USC? (Computer Science)

Hello, fellow forum dwellers!
I have been contemplating which school would be the best choice for me. I want to gain as much insight as possible to weigh out my options, so any advice is welcome! Here is where I stand at the moment:

Personal Preferences:
-Location during college: New York > L.A. (I have lived in SoCal almost my entire life. I am aware of the cost of living in New York but that is not a concern)
-Location after college: No preference, open to anywhere
-Desired career: Software developer
-Social: More interested on which school has the better student organizations than the school with a better nightlife

USC
-Admitted into Computer Science/Business Admin major with emphasis in Accounting (BS degree)

Columbia GS
-Admitted, but still need to declare my way into the Computer Science major (BA degree)

If you want to be a software developer, Columbia has the edge in NYC while USC has the edge in Cali - that much is obvious. Both are great choices and neither school will hold you back - this is really a personal choice; I would go with the cheaper option.
