<p>Hopefully others on here are applying to the Columbia SHP. For the application, which is due tonight (2/28/13), is the teacher rec due tonight as well? It says something about the 21st of March being the due date. Here is the link if anyone wants to help me decipher what the instructions and deadlines are.
