<p>Because the short answers have character limits of 1500, do you think its necessary to use most of the characters? I feel like my answers are succinct and well thought out...but I still have 180-600 characters left on them.</p>
<p>You certainly are not required to use most of the characters. But if writing more will strengthen your application, by all means, use the characters they give you.</p>

<p>It’s definitely not required, but I think it’s better to always try to be as close to the character limit as possible. I kept all of my answers at 1400-1500 characters</p>
