<p>If you apply to Columbia College, there is one required supplemental essay: “Why Columbia?”
If you apply to Columba University Fu School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS), there are two essays that are required: “Why Columbia?” and “Why Engineering?”
Supplemental does not mean optional.</p>
